Roles of a Leader
This is a unique opportunity for our clients to bring their entire executive team to a cost-effective one-day workshop on the many different roles that a leader must play. Participants will review the eight principal roles of a leader, and discover tools to aid them in playing each of these roles in the workplace. We offer this one-day event across many cities in both the United States and Canada.
