Beyond L3
Beyond L3 is an interactive workshop for senior corporate executives to help them continue to develop and expand on their own unique style of intentional leadership. This all-inclusive program invites L3 alumni to plan the next steps for both themselves as leaders and their companies, with a focus on planning for succession in the business, and honing the individual’s role as a Teacher. Graduates of Beyond L3 will find themselves better prepared to use their Leadership Agenda as an intentional tool for shaping their legacy within their company.

A three day all-inclusive workshop for L3 graduates the lush wine country of Napa Valley and Sonoma, Beyond L3 will enable participants to renew, revise and recommit to their Leadership Agenda, provide new tools and refresh some old tools, focus on the role as a Teacher, and focus on each participant’s Legacy – your company in the next generation.
